Processing Time:
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be issued for items that are not returned in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts.

Proof Required:
Please provide photos of any defects or discrepancies with your order to assist us in processing your request.

Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hour of placement. After this time, the order may have already been processed or shipped, and we will be unable to cancel it.
